Directions
1. Fry in a table spoon of oil and 3 table spoons of water minced pork or minced chicken till it is cooked through.
2. Add contents of this packet.
3. Slice Thai red onions (shallots), and add mint leaves and coriander to the mixture.
4. Serve on a plate garnished with Fresh cabbage wedge and Fresh green beans and carrot shavings.
